We work with trusted carriers DPD and GLS to ensure reliable delivery from our warehouse in Belgium. For the best delivery experience, we recommend using GLS.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location and chosen carrier.
• For personalized orders, such as those with embroidery, please allow additional time for customization.

Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong size, we offer options to return or exchange your items within specific conditions. Here’s a quick overview:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and undamaged to qualify for a return. You’re welcome to try on items; however, we recommend using a protective surface, such as an old rug, under any items being tried on to maintain their condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Your Items

1. Return by Shipping

• Shipping Costs: Returns by mail are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent).
• Packing Requirements: Please ensure all items are securely packed, and fill out the return form completely (available to print here).

• Exchange Fees: If you are exchanging an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please cover the cost of reshipping via our webshop. Add the shipping fee to your cart, select your country, and proceed through checkout to complete payment.

2. Return or Exchange in Showroom or at Events

• You are welcome to bring your items directly to our showroom in Ruiselede, Belgium, or exchange them at any event where we have a presence.
• Free Returns: Returns made in the showroom or at events are free of charge.
• Voucher Issuance: For returns made in person, you will receive a voucher for the returned items, which can be used toward future purchases.

Extended Return Options

If you missed the 15-day return window but your item is still part of our current assortment, we may still be able to assist. Provided the item is in its original packaging and in pristine condition, you may be eligible for an exchange or a gift card of equal value.
